Book a Discovery Call
Your journey starts with a Discovery Call. This virtual conversation helps us learn about your clinic, your goals, and the challenges you are facing. It also allows us to determine which of our services will be the best fit for your needs.
2.
Intake & Assessment Preparation
If you choose to proceed with our services, we will provide you with a tailored intake form to gather details about your clinic’s systems, team structure, and areas of focus. You will also receive:

A welcome package outlining your selected service

Travel coordination if applicable

A digital Service Agreement for review and signature
3.
Scheduling and Logistics
We will coordinate dates for your assessment, whether virtual or on-site, and ensure your team feels prepared before the process begins.
4.
On-Site or Virtual Assessment
Our experienced RVTs complete a thorough evaluation of your workflows, communication, and team dynamics. This may include:

Shadowing surgeries or daily operations

One-on-one interviews with team members

Leadership or communication evaluations

Workflow and system reviews
5.
Clarity Call
Two weeks after your assessment, we schedule a Clarity Call where you will receive your detailed, clinic-specific report. During this session we walk through the findings together, highlight areas for improvement, and provide tailored recommendations with suggested next steps. This ensures you not only understand the results but also feel supported in moving forward.
6.
Ongoing Support
Our commitment does not end with the Clarity Call. We provide a 30-day follow-up virtual call to check in on your clinic’s progress, address any challenges, and ensure you feel supported as you implement recommendations. Beyond this, additional support is available through training implementation, SOP development, and follow-up coaching as needed.
