With firsthand experience in clinical practice, we understand the operational challenges veterinary teams face every day. Our mission is to bring clarity to your workflow, communication, and surgical processes, so your team can operate with more confidence, efficiency, and cohesion.

Our Story

VetClarity was born from a shared passion for improving clinic life, not just for patients, but for the teams behind the care. After years in practice, we saw the same challenges repeat across clinics: unclear processes, communication breakdowns, and inefficiencies that affected morale and patient care. We created VetClarity to offer practical, technician-driven solutions that actually work in the real world.

Who We Work With

We collaborate with general practices of all sizes. Whether you're a small clinic looking to refine your workflow or a larger team in need of communication support, we tailor every assessment to fit your clinic's size, structure, and goals.

Why RVT-Led Consulting Matters

As Registered Veterinary Technicians, we offer a unique blend of clinical insight and operational know-how. We speak the same language as your team, understand the pressures of the job, and offer guidance that’s both compassionate and actionable, without disrupting your flow of care.

Who We Are

Tina Lee, RVT
Co-Founder, VetClarity

Tina began her journey in veterinary medicine back in 2015, volunteering at local clinics and quickly finding her place in the field. From working as a receptionist and veterinary assistant, she went on to complete the Veterinary Technology program at Douglas College, graduating as an RVT in 2019.

Since then, Tina has grown into a leadership role, serving as a lead technician and an integral member of her clinic’s leadership team. Her hands-on experience in both clinical work and operations sparked a passion for optimizing workflows, supporting teams, and creating systems that allow veterinary practices to thrive.

As Co-Founder of VetClarity, Tina brings a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by veterinary teams, and a drive to help solve them with clarity, structure, and empathy.

When she’s not working with clinics, you’ll likely find Tina out on the trails, paddle boarding, or exploring the outdoors in the summer. Come winter, she’s all about cozying up with a good book or a favorite game.

Becca O’Neill, RVT
Co-Founder, VetClarity

Becca’s journey in veterinary medicine began at the front desk, working as a receptionist then later as a veterinary assistant. After discovering a deep passion for animal care and clinic life, she pursued formal training, completing the Veterinary Medical Assistant program in 2017 and graduating as a Registered Veterinary Technologist from NAIT in 2020.

After graduation, Becca followed her love of the ocean to the West Coast, where she advanced into leadership roles, including lead technician and operations manager. Her ability to navigate both clinical and managerial responsibilities allowed her to build and support high-performing teams while improving patient care and client communication. She also led her clinic through Fear Free certification, solidifying her belief that veterinary medicine can and should be safer, more empathetic, and more sustainable for pets, teams, and pet parents alike.

As Co-Founder of VetClarity, Becca brings a rare blend of clinical insight and operational expertise. With experience in every department of a veterinary clinic, she understands the unique pressures and needs of each role. Her mission is to help clinics grow into their full potential, where workflows are clear, teams are empowered, and every pet receives exceptional care.

Outside of consulting, Becca can be found soaking up sunshine at the beach, lifting weights at the gym, planning her next travel adventure, or diving into board game nights with friends.
